- STRICT- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

- ***If you are a local Sioux Falls native, please contact us before booking. *** Winter Time!!—Please remove Shoes!! -Please do not contact the host until you have read the house manual/house rules. -You certify that you are willing and able to follow and adhere to the self-check-in guidelines set forth by us through the house manual/rules and check-in instructions provided. - No smoking and No Parties in the house *Any smoking or parties in the house is a non-refundable fee—$300 *Smoking on the grounds is ok, please clean up after yourself. *If not picked up there is a non-refundable fee—$5 per cigarette butt. *Please keep in mind that after 10pm, (unless approved but no later than midnight) any guests beyond your reservation request will be considered an undisclosed guest. *The occupancy limit for this space is 4 guests. (Unless approved) *Any undisclosed guest is non-refundable fee—$50 per person. - Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. - Unauthorized late check out is a non-refundable fee—$50. -Any undisclosed pet is a non-refundable fee—$200 per pet -It will be the responsibility of the current guest to pay the booking fees for the next guest if any broken house rules cause the next guest to request a cancellation. (i.e., smoking in the home) -Any damages to the house—a claim will be filed for the cost of the damages. -We do have the option of a security deposit. $500 -You agree that you are booking in good will with the host and will not damage the hosts property/business because you are unhappy with any resolutions from the host on any mediated matters or dissatisfied results. If you are awaiting your right to a trial due to any court filings and agree to go to trial, you then assume and agree to pay for any and all court costs or fees. THE FOLLOWING IS THE SAME AS THE HOUSE MANUAL GROCERIES? If you would like anything purchased before your stay, we would be happy to have the refrigerator stocked for you. Please, send us a grocery list and we will get everything ready! Your end price will be COST OF GROCERIES PLUS A SERVICE FEE OF 30%. (We will send you the receipt through Venmo) Upon check-in you will have 2 hours to express any dissatisfaction or concerns regarding the space you are staying. If within that time something needs to be adjusted or fixed, we will come and do so. Anything after that time we will assume that everything is satisfactory and to your liking.
