We are a very creative young couple, who have been in the entrepreneurial industry for a while. Nevertheless, very hardworking professionals also, and for the past 7 years, our jobs dealt with SaaS startup companies in different fields.
Technology fans and always looking for better or new ways to improve strategies, processes, etc. At times we have suggested improvements for better products some were used positively, but a lot of others were ignored.
Problem-solving is our passion, always hunting for problems to work on solutions right away. In our search for these, we came up with several gaps in the housing industry, for both issues, Property Owners and Travelers.
We realized that the existing business models did not cover many of the urgent needs of these customers’ demands.
We spotted the problem and started working on a solution, but our employers at the time turned it down because their market efforts were focused on a specific field in the industry. They were strongly attached to the way they wanted to handle their product and what improvements to apply.
At this point, we considered the option of creating our own product which we knew would require 110% of our efforts and passion, but we were willing and excited!
On 2022, our baby Lodgyfix.com was launched and we have been working on building a trustful and safe network of housing providers and renters!
Our marketplace is designed to advertise short-term rentals. We provide the resources and tools to handle your bookings’ process and status. We do not mediate in the process or money transaction. Landlords and Renters will handle their own negotiation, and Lodgyfix.com will not take a bite of your earnings. Yes! You read it well. ️
Our revenue comes from the annual membership fee for listing your property in our site and having access to the booking system tool.
Also, we offer optional services for a small fee, like setting up your listing or the Concierge Service.
Travelers, we have your back, you won’t be charged to join us. We also offer Concierge Service to find housing options and match you with a landlord (Verified Healthcare Professionals have a discounted rate!)
We welcome Landlords with temporary rentals like houses, any type of apartments, any type of shared or private rooms, cottages, RVs, land for RVs, you name it!
We specifically target the Working Professionals and Corporate Travelers market.
However, we also serve other types of travelers such as students, retirees, vacationers, no matter who you are, we want to hear from you!

Aim to learn 1% per day. Make it part of your daily structure to read, get trained, etc. It is ok to make mistakes as long as we are learning from them.
Let´s aim to reply to clients, execute and get things done as quickly as possible and then find a way to do it quicker! We can always improve the quality of stuff iteratively later on.
When working iteratively, “good” is always better than great and perfect. If it’s good let’s deliver it NOW and improve it LATER.
We will always aim to have the least amount of work “In Progress” – so we should always aim to release our work as quickly as possible.
Get feedback early and react/improve quickly. Getting another point of view from colleagues, friends, and users should be part of your daily routine – not an extra project.
