How To Become a Host
1. List Your Place
Choose the staying option, fill out the listing with the rentals information, upload pictures, set a price, rules, terms, and cancellation policy.
Submit the listing and our Quality Control staff will review and approve to publish it on our platform.
We might contact you if there is anything in the process missing in order to set you up.
2. Welcome Your Tenants
As soon as your listing is approved and your property rental is published on our map, you will start getting booking requests to confirm date availability and discuss any further information or negotiation directly with the travelers.
After confirming date availability, send the traveler a request to go through the Screening Process, and if it is a good fit send them a private message or contact them with your approval to continue with the booking process.
3. Earn Money
Before arrival, you can choose to request a percentage, deposit amount, or full payment to book your place.
If you want to offer flexibility, you may request to pay the booking total at arrival.
The best part is that you do not need to worry about splitting your booking earnings, those are entirely yours!

How to list my home on your site?
Click here and choose a membership plan, then fill out the listing with the property´s information, and submit it to us for approval. Our Quality Control staff will handle the process to get you settled on our platform.
Each host have their own cancellation policy which must be cleared and followed throughly. You can cancel a booking based on your cancellation policy and/or if the booking terms have not been completed.
How to upgrade my listing to featured?
Once you register in our platform, in your dashboard you’ll have the option to upgrade to “featured” listing.
Before getting into details, we rather prefer to talk with you and figure out a way to work together before taking this route. Please reach out to us via phone or email!

Simple. Choose the membership plan that fits your requirements, complete the listing creation and follow the ID verification process. Once our Quality Control team completes the screening process successfully, you will be approved to join our hosts’ community!
How I’ll connect with travelers?
Travelers interested in a property will submit a Booking Request through the listing and this notification will go directly to the host. Hosts will be able to connect directly with the traveler to negotiate and complete the booking process.
Hosts can choose the payment service provider that better fits with their requirements. The transaction is made between the Host and Traveler. This means that Lodgyfix is not mediating in the payment transaction, all earnings go to your pocket.
How to cancel a revervation request?
The system will allow 72hrs for the traveler to complete the booking process. If the traveler doesn’t commit within this timeframe, the host can cancel the reservation request and dates will become available in your listing’s calendar.
