Because LODGYFIX.com is not involved in the booking or payment process, any issues that arise during your stay should be addressed directly with the Host. We simply provide the platform for Hosts and Travelers to connect — we do not mediate disputes or manage the property.
If you experience a serious issue and are unable to resolve it with the Host, you may:
- Leave a public review to share your experience with future travelers.
- Consider taking legal action, such as filing a small claims case if necessary.
We encourage all Travelers to communicate clearly with the Host before booking, review the listing thoroughly, and keep records of all communications and agreements.
While we don’t intervene in disputes, we care about the trustworthiness of our community. Hosts with repeated complaints or unresolved issues may be removed from the platform.
