Lodgyfix  was created with a specific purpose; to serve the US Workforce industry, the Working Proessionals & Entrepreneurs Travelers’ market. This market involves nurses, doctors, CNA’s, dentists, Lawyers, Financial advisors, teachers, Executives, business owners, etc.

The idea behind Lodgyfix.com is very simple:

List Your Property

Send us information about your home rental, then talk to us to determine if your property is a good fit for our travelers. If your property qualifies, our Quality team will start the vetting process to approve your listing.

Receive Housing Requests From Our Travelers' Network

Once your details have been verified and the listing approved, we’ll list your property in our platform. Travelers searching in our map and looking in your area will click through your listing on the option “Request to Book” to get a hold of you with details and questions.

Receive Payment

If you are ready to move forward, confirm dates availability through our Booking System. 

When the process is completed, you’ll get a notification that you received a payment. Confirm with the payment processing provider money is there.

Confirm Booking

If you got the payment, “Confirm Booking” through our booking system. Your new tenant will receive a notification confirming their booking.

The calendar will be automatically updated and dates will be marked as “booked”.

Click here and choose a membership plan, then fill out the listing with the property´s information, and submit it to us for approval. Our Quality Control staff will handle the process to get you settled on our platform. 

Each host have their own cancellation policy which must be cleared and followed throughly. You can cancel a booking based on your cancellation policy and/or if the booking terms have not been completed.

Once you register in our platform, in your dashboard you’ll have the option to upgrade to “featured” listing.

Before getting into details, we rather prefer to talk with you and figure out a way to work together before taking this route. Please reach out to us via phone or email!

Simple. Choose the membership plan that fits your requirements, complete the listing creation and follow the ID verification process. Once our Quality Control team completes the screening process successfully, you will be approved to join our hosts’ community!

Travelers interested in a property will submit a Booking Request through the listing and this notification will go directly to the host. Hosts will be able to connect directly with the traveler to negotiate and complete the booking process.

Hosts can choose the payment service provider that better fits with their requirements. The transaction is made between the Host and Traveler. This means that Lodgyfix is not mediating in the payment transaction, all earnings go to your pocket.

The system will allow 72hrs for the traveler to complete the booking process. If the traveler doesn’t commit within this timeframe, the host can cancel the reservation request and dates will become available in your listing’s calendar.

Our Story

We are a very creative young couple, who have been in the entrepreneurial industry for a while. Technology fans and always looking for better or new ways to improve strategies, processes, etc.

Problem-solving is our passion, always hunting for problems to work on solutions right away. In our search for these, we came up with several gaps in the housing industry, for both segments, Property Owners & Travelers.

We realized the existing business models did not cover many of the urgent needs of these customers’ demands.

On 2022 Lodgyfix.com was launched to advertise short-term housing rentals. The only online marketplace that focus on servicing the US Workforce and Entrepreneurs market. Our marketplace provides the resources and tools to manage your bookings, but we do not mediate in the process or money transaction. Property Owners & Travelers handle their own negotiation, under their own terms and conditions. Lodgyfix vets’ properties, verify property owners’ identity and ownership. We also provide guidance on tools that perform background screening to travelers.
