Submit your rental details and speak with our team to find out if your property is a good fit for our travelers. If it meets our criteria, our Quality team will begin the vetting process to approve your listing.

Receive Booking Requests

After we verify your information and approve your listing, your property will appear on our platform. Travelers exploring your area on our map can click “Request to Book” to reach out with questions or booking details.

Confirm Availability & Verify Payment

Use our Booking System to confirm your available dates. Once the booking is complete, you’ll receive a payment notification—just verify it with your payment provider.

Finalize Booking

After confirming payment, go to the Booking System and click “Booking Confirmed”
Your new tenant will receive a confirmation notification, and your calendar will update automatically with the dates marked as “booked.”

To upgrade your listing to a Featured Listing, log in to your dashboard, select the property you want to feature, and choose the “Upgrade to Featured” option. You’ll be guided through the steps to complete payment and activate your listing’s featured status, giving it more visibility across our platform.

Each host sets their own cancellation policy, which is outlined in the listing and must be clearly understood and followed. You may cancel a booking in accordance with that policy, or if the agreed-upon terms of the booking have not been fulfilled.

Yes! As a host, you have full control over your pricing. We recommend researching similar listings in your area on LODGYFIX.com to get a sense of market rates — look for properties with similar size, features, and location. Also consider any standout amenities or features your property offers that might justify a higher rate. You’re in charge, and we’re here to support your success.

LODGYFIX.com is built for travelers seeking furnished stays—but you’re welcome to list an unfurnished property if it’s clearly noted in your description. Many hosts list early to start attracting interest and future bookings. Just be transparent about the current setup and your furnishing plans to help set the right expectations.

We don’t take commissions or booking fees, so you keep 100% of what you earn. One flat fee gives you full access to our network of corporate and traveling professionals.

Most of our hosts cover the cost with their very first booking — after that, it’s all profit in your pocket.

When a traveler is interested in your property, they’ll send a Booking Request directly through your listing. You’ll get a notification right away, and from there, you can chat directly with the traveler to answer questions, discuss details, and finalize the booking.

It’s all about easy, direct communication — no middleman involved.

We don’t conduct the screening ourselves, but we do provide helpful tools and guidance to support hosts in the process. We recommend that hosts request key details such as proof of employment, length of stay, references, and any other information they feel is important. It’s all about giving you the confidence to make the right decision for your property.

As a host, you’re in full control. You choose the payment method that works best for you — whether it’s a payment app, bank transfer, or another service.

All transactions happen directly between you and the traveler, so LODGYFIX.com doesn’t take a cut. That means 100% of the earnings go straight to you.

Once a traveler submits a reservation request, they have 24 hours to complete the booking process. If they don’t confirm within that time, you’re free to cancel the request, and the dates will automatically become available again on your listing calendar.
