LODGYFIX.com was created with a specific purpose: to serve the U.S. workforce industry, including working professionals and entrepreneurial travelers. This market encompasses nurses, doctors, CNAs, dentists, lawyers, financial advisors, teachers, executives, business owners, and more.

Connect With Our Team & Get Approved

Submit your rental details and speak with our team to find out if your property is a good fit for our travelers. If it meets our criteria, our Quality team will begin the vetting process to approve your listing.

Receive Booking Requests

After we verify your information and approve your listing, your property will appear on our platform. Travelers exploring your area on our map can click “Request to Book” to reach out with questions or booking details.

Confirm Availability & Verify Payment

Use our Booking System to confirm your available dates. Once the booking is complete, you’ll receive a payment notification—just verify it with your payment provider.

Finalize Booking

After confirming payment, go to the Booking System and click “Booking Confirmed”
Your new tenant will receive a confirmation notification, and your calendar will update automatically with the dates marked as “booked.”

Click here and choose a membership plan, then fill out the listing with the property´s information, and submit it to us for approval. Our Quality Control staff will handle the process to get you settled on our platform. 

Each host have their own cancellation policy which must be cleared and followed throughly. You can cancel a booking based on your cancellation policy and/or if the booking terms have not been completed.

Once you register in our platform, in your dashboard you’ll have the option to upgrade to “featured” listing.

Before getting into details, we rather prefer to talk with you and figure out a way to work together before taking this route. Please reach out to us via phone or email!

Simple. Choose the membership plan that fits your requirements, complete the listing creation and follow the ID verification process. Once our Quality Control team completes the screening process successfully, you will be approved to join our hosts’ community!

Travelers interested in a property will submit a Booking Request through the listing and this notification will go directly to the host. Host will be able to connect directly with the traveler to negotiate and complete the booking process.

Hosts can choose the payment service provider that better fits with their requirements. The transaction is made between the Host and Traveler. This means that Lodgyfix is not mediating in the payment transaction, all earnings go to your pocket.

The system will allow 72hrs for the traveler to complete the booking process. If the traveler doesn’t commit within this timeframe, the host can cancel the reservation request and dates will become available in your listing’s calendar.

Our Story

We are a very creative team, who have been in the entrepreneurial industry for a while. Technology fans and always looking for better or new ways to improve strategies, processes, etc.

Problem-solving is our passion, always hunting for problems to work on solutions right away. In our search for these, we came up with several gaps in the housing industry, for both segments, Property Owners & Travelers.

We realized the existing business models did not cover many of the urgent needs of these customers’ demands.

On 2022 Lodgyfix.com was launched to advertise short-term housing rentals. But due to challenging situations the project was placed on hold and in the 3rd Quater of 2024 we re-launched our baby project.

Lodgyfix is the only online marketplace that focuses on servicing the US Workforce and Entrepreneurs market. Our marketplace provides the resources and tools to manage your bookings, but we do not mediate in the process or money transaction. Property Owners & Travelers handle their own negotiation, under their own terms and conditions. Lodgyfix vets’ properties, verifies property owners’ identity and ownership. We also provide guidance on what methods and tools perform best to run background screening and employment verification.
